This full-time position involves supporting guests between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm, ensuring their needs are met for an unforgettable stay.

YOUR ROLE AS AN EVENING GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

In this Evening Guest Experience Specialist position, you will work a consistent full‑time schedule from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Your evenings will be spent ensuring guests have everything they need for an incredible stay, providing essential support during the key hours of arrival, check‑in, and evening activities.

Providing excellent hospitality, you will keep in contact with guests from booking acceptance until check‑out. This includes the following:

Check that all check‑in requirements are completed:

• Collect signed release forms
• Confirm length of stay
• Verify pet information if applicable
• Confirm if the unit has or lacks an attached bathroom
• Explain timing for receiving gate code
• Confirm check‑in/check‑out times and dates

Prepare rooms before check‑in:

• Go to guest lodging
• Turn on porch lights and adjust heat/AC
• Check for and remove dead insects or evidence of rodents
• Ensure towels, washcloths, water, coffee, and treats are set
• Make sure the room gives a great first impression
• Greet guests on arrival, noting preferences
• Escort guests to lodging if requested, or provide directions
• Explain Spirit of the Heavens features, common and private areas

Be available to answer guest questions throughout the stay:

• Assist with retail sales: share knowledge of stones, wands, and pendants; process payments
• Know how to operate property equipment: HVAC, TVs, record players, internet, door locks, and entrance gate
• Know guest parking locations
• Address insects or snakes if needed; know how to use a fire extinguisher
• Replenish towels, bath items, and all provided room items as necessary
