The Arc of Somerset County in Hillsborough, NJ seeks an Assistant Group Home Manager for residential services. The role is full-time with a 4:00pm to 11:00pm shift (Female) and pay rate of $21.15 per hour.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Teach independent living skills and assist with personal care.
• Arrange/provide transportation for consumers.
• Administer, monitor and record medication distribution according to policy.
• Coordinate all medical appointments, ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
• Attend appointments when needed and communicate medical recommendations.
• Coordinate staff training and provide information for job duties.
• Communicate consumer issues to staff and families; guide staff interactions.
• Participate in staff meetings and ensure schedules are posted.
• Handle financial transactions for consumer accounts and reconcile monthly logs.

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent

Undergraduate degree in relevant field preferred
