Job summary

Cresco Labs is hiring a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our facility. The role requires real cleaning experience and adherence to health and safety policies, with GMP awareness as a plus.

The candidate should be able to sit, stand, kneel, and perform long or repetitive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. The position carries a full-time schedule on a night shift, with duties coordinating with other departments to avoid production disruptions and maintain strict SOPs

Qualifications

• Experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and stay productive.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities such as sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Ensure rooms are cared for and inspected per standards.
• Coordinate with departments to avoid production disruption.
• Create cleaning schedules based on facility needs.
• Record and update sanitation schedules.
• Suggest improvements and review progress with department leads.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and available for use.
