Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of the facility, including adherence to strict health and safety policies. The role requires cleaning experience and physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.

Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in an environment with plant material exposure. The position runs Mon-Thu, 4:00pm - 2:30am, with eligibility for benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high level of performance.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs).
• Reads and writes to understand standard operating procedures.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and restrooms upkeep.
• Ensure all rooms are cared-for and inspected according to standards.
• Coordinate with departments to prevent disruption to production.
• Create and update sanitation schedule based on facility needs.
• Record and update sanitation schedule and progress with leads.
