Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a General Labor employee to support the production process by performing hands-on tasks such as dumping product into packaging equipment, catching and packing finished goods, palletizing cases, and conducting visual quality checks. You will help maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment and contribute to delivering high-quality products.

The role requires overtime and variable start/end times, with core hours from 4:00pm to 4:30am.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely handle materials and follow GMPs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Dump product into packaging equipment and pack finished goods.
• Paletize cases and inspect materials throughout packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and Ferrara safety standards.
• Support production needs and quality checks as assigned.
