LAZ Parking in Chattanooga, TN is hiring for a Garage Maintenance / Custodian Specialist. Full-time, 7:00am-3:00pm with occasional evenings/weekends. Pay is $19.00/hr plus full benefits.

You will maintain garages and surface lots, perform light maintenance, and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor. Must be able to work at multiple locations, stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and operate basic facility equipment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and professional conduct.
• Willing to work at multiple facility locations.
• Capable of handling challenging or emotionally charged situations.
• Able to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages and surface lots daily, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Perform general maintenance: sweeping, wiping surfaces, trash removal, lighting, painting.
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep of sidewalks and garages.
• Operate garage floor equipment (sweeper, scrubber) as needed.
• Complete daily maintenance checklists efficiently and on schedule.
• Greet customers by name and resolve issues with urgency and empathy.
• Provide basic vehicle assistance and customer support in garages and lobbies.
• Support cashiering duties when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
