Job summary

Vivid Impact in Louisville, KY is seeking a Fulfillment Team Member to assemble and kit printed products efficiently, meeting quality standards and customer specs. This role supports on-time production and cost control within a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow basic instructions and procedures.
• Basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Team/Floor Leader to understand priorities, assignments, and production goals, and execute tasks accordingly.
• Assemble, package, verify, and prepare finished printed products to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Load, tag, label, and move finished products onto skids or pallets.
• Complete required paperwork and production records accurately and report issues promptly.
• Stand and walk for 8–10 hours, frequently lift 10–50 lbs, and comply with safety guidelines.
