Thirty-Nine 23 Management LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift at our Amarillo hotel. You will greet guests, check them in/out, handle reservations, and respond to questions with professional, courteous service.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and problem-solving abilities. Training is available, and you will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hotel or customer service experience is preferred, but training may be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding guest needs.
• Complete shift checklists and front desk duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure a positive guest experience.
