Job summary

AKAM is seeking a professional Front Desk agent in Delray Beach to support property operations with courteous reception, call routing, and visitor management. This full-time role runs Thursday through Monday, 3pm to 11pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.

You will greet visitors, answer multi-line calls, maintain the lobby, assist tenants and clients, handle mailings, and assist on special projects while upholding excellent customer service and using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Front desk/concierge experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Word/Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone in a pleasant manner and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
• Greet and announce visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintains a clean reception area and conference rooms.
• Handle inquiries from clients and tenants.
• Assist with mailings.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras.
