Responsibilities include closing the facility on time, handling deposits, cleaning duties, greeting members, and assisting with account questions. Prior customer service in fitness or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of handling cash deposits and inventory management.
• Punctual, reliable and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Closes the fitness center's staffed hours promptly at 11:00 pm Mon-Fri.
• Ensures cash deposits are closed and secured.
• Cleans common areas, locker rooms and equipment at closing as feasible.
• Greets members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensures members and guests check in appropriately.
• Assists members with account issues and answer general questions.
• Counts inventory and reports discrepancies to management.
• Performs additional tasks as needed.
