We are looking for a hardworking, dependable and detail-oriented person to work in our Guest Services department. This position is seasonal but may have the potential to turn into year round based on business needs.

This position would be great for somebody who is visiting Charlevoix for the summer season, a high school student looking for a summer position or somebody who is just looking for a part time job.

Previous experience at a hotel or in another service-oriented role is preferred, but we are happy to teach the right candidate.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Assist guests in making reservations, guide them through the check-in/check-out process, and address any needs that arise during their stay.
2. Light cleaning of the lobby and public spaces to help out our housekeeping department as needed.
3. Assisting with setting up and tearing down our light breakfast buffet.
4. Be an enthusiastic guide to Hotel Earl and Charlevoix, offering guests information about the hotel and surrounding area and suggesting things to do and places to visit.
5. Communicate in a clear and friendly manner with guests and co-workers.
6. Work as part of a team, with a focus on anticipating needs and creating a memorable visit for our guests.
