Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification preferred; recertification required after employment.
• Ability to read labels and follow verbal and written instructions; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Pick orders using pick sheets and RF scanning equipment.
• Receive, check in, and verify incoming shipments.
• Prepare outbound shipments and shipping documentation.
• Rotate stock to ensure FIFO practices.
• Move materials and report safety hazards per OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Attend safety meetings and certification refresher training.
