Job summary

McLane Company, Inc in Contoocook, NH is seeking a Forklift Operator to move products throughout the distribution center using powered standup forklifts. You will work at heights up to 20 feet when needed.

The role offers a Sunday through Thursday schedule with a 3:00 PM start, and benefits begin after 60 days including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance. Prior forklift and RF scanner experience is a plus, and English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift and RF Utility (preferable, not required).
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English sufficiently to perform tasks safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
