Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control in daily warehouse operations.

You will load, unload, pick, palletize, wrap, and stage products, assist with cycle counts, maintain clean and safe work areas, and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 6 months warehouse or distribution experience.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and EPJ.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
• Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks as needed for order fulfillment, including EPJ use.
• Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
• Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and staging per shipping requirements.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
