Job summary

All Jobs seeks a Forklift Operator to safely load and unload materials and support plant operations while ensuring accurate inventory documentation. This role requires coordination with high-rise team members to optimize material flow.

Responsibilities include loading finished goods, unloading inbound materials to designated storage (including coolers and high-rise), transporting materials with forklift or pallet jack, and verifying shipping and counts in the system.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift and obtaining certification if needed.
• Ability to operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely and effectively.
• Capable of following detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and inventory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Excel for tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load outgoing finished goods according to customer and quality specifications.
• Unload incoming materials and move products to designated storage areas, including coolers and high-rise storage.
• Transport materials within the facility using a forklift, pallet jack, or yard dog as assigned.
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation, pallet accuracy, and counts in the system.
• Inspect pallets for condition prior to movement or storage.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following GMPs, safety procedures, and using PPE.
