48forty Solutions is seeking a Forklift Operator in Methuen, MA. You will move pallets and materials, load/unload trailers, and support production needs while maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role requires forklift operation, attention to safety, and reliable teamwork.

Earn $18.00/hr on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm–12:30am) with opportunities for overtime, referrals, and career advancement within a large pallet-management company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred but not always required.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience is preferred.
• Previous warehouse/logistics or related experience is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to staging areas using forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care following safety procedures.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair pallets with a nail gun when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
