Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets and materials through the warehouse, supporting production and loading/unloading customer trailers. You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged pallets in some locations. Hourly pay is $18.00/hr.

2nd shift hours are 4:00pm–12:30am in Methuen, MA. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and forklift certification is preferred; 1–3 years of forklift experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing and/or construction is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, adhering to safety procedures.
• Hand-sort wooden pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
