Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a DC Lift Truck Operator in Reno, NV. This part-time role runs Monday to Thursday, 3:15 pm – 8:30 pm, supporting receiving, picking, packing, stocking, and shipping while moving products safely to maximize productivity.

You will operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and participate in safety training to maintain a safe, efficient distribution center workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to distribution/warehouse environments.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse systems.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to become certified through Sally Beauty Lift Truck Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF scanners or paper-based picking using various powered equipment to move products between locations in the DC.
• Assist in shipping by weighing and loading materials onto trucks.
• Assist in receiving from vendors, unloading, stacking and storing products.
• Stock products across the distribution center and maintain safe, clean work areas. Maintain productivity and report hazards.
