Pratt Industries – Cedar Hill is seeking a Forklift Operator on the 2nd shift from 2:00PM to 10:00PM. Starting pay rate is $20/hr. You will move materials, keep inventory records, perform basic equipment maintenance, and support operations to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; forklift experience preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting to identify maintenance needs and actions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking and time management.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift; vision requirements noted.
• Lift Truck Operator License must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and operational guidelines and obtain Pratt Forklift Certification.
• Maintain equipment and keep production area clean.
• Lead training and assist team members, including operators and helpers.
• Participate in meetings to meet production schedules and resolve challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely equipment maintenance.
• Support coworkers and be available for weekend shifts.
