Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Forklift Operator for full-time 1st shift (Mon-Fri) with overtime and occasional weekends. The role requires operating and caring for a forklift, with growth opportunities and an hourly pay structure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move stock and remove finished goods from machines.
• Complete and document forklift inspection at start of shift and report needed repairs.
• Maintain neat, safe stock stacks and accurate location in the storage area.
• Complete reporting accurately and timely.
• Follow the daily production schedule and suggest improvements to meet cost, quality, delivery, and service goals.
• Comply with company policies and safety standards.
