Job summary

PeopleShare is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for our Illinois warehouse. You will load/unload trailers, move freight, and stage products for shipment while adhering to safety protocols. Prior sit-down forklift experience is required, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

RF scanning and warehouse systems knowledge is a plus. The role runs Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am with overtime opportunities and a $22.00 base pay plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely load and unload trailers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers
• Move, stage, and organize freight within the warehouse
• Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies
• Utilize RF scanners and shipping documents as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
