Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in New Jersey. You will load and unload goods, stage shipments, and assist drivers, using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.

The role requires safety awareness, accuracy, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced setting. The position runs Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with pay of $20.50 per hour plus overtime.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink wrap materials.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Forklift certifications preferred.
• Overtime and occasional weekends may be required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions; work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload and stage shipments.
• Utilize manifest to pull routes and assist with loading containers.
• Ensure timely, accurate packaging and systems work.
• Identify overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely use warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jacks.
• Follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to TSA and OSHA safety guidelines.
