TalentBurst is hiring a Forensic Scientist I for our onsite lab in Lenexa, KS, on a 3+ month contract. Shift is 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM Central Time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. The role involves confirming donor specimens, ensuring chain of custody, preparing samples, and operating instruments under supervision.

You will maintain documentation, quality procedures, and participate in method validation. Education requires a Bachelor degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, or Medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science, or Med Tech.
• Alternative majors with required chemistry/biology coursework may meet requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain chain of custody and follow SOPs.
• Perform confirmation testing and instrument operation.
• Document results and ensure quality control.
• Follow supervisor directions and work schedule.
