Job summary

Avera Creighton Care Center in Creighton, NE is hiring for a Regular, Evening Shift food service teammate. You will help provide quality customer meals through snack and meal assembly, service, and cleanup.

You will assist with meal service activities and support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to Moving Health Forward for patients and families. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing items for patients, serving meals per diet and menu requirements, maintaining cleanliness, stocking

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize assigned food items for patients and customers.
• Serve food items according to diet, specifications and menu requirements.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, floors and work areas.
• Stock storerooms, refrigerators and work areas using FIFO and proper dating.
• Operate dish machine and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• May work and balance the register, close out register and counts money.
