Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Battle Lake, Minnesota, is seeking a Food Service Assistant for part-time evening hours (3pm–7:30pm). You will monitor food temperatures, set up and sanitize serving areas, and serve meals while delivering friendly service to residents.

Rotating weekends/holidays with additional shift differentials, benefits eligibility, and on-the-job training are offered. Minimum age 16 and previous customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record proper temperatures of food.
• Set up and maintain a clean, sanitized serving area.
• Prepare and serve food items; restock food areas; clean equipment.
