Responsibilities

• Prepare, weigh, measure, and stage ingredients per approved recipes and production requirements.
• Operate production equipment trained and authorized ( kettles, mixers, pumps, etc.).
• Follow batch sheets, work instructions, and production schedules accurately.
• Monitor ingredients and production processes for quality and safety.
• Complete process documentation and sanitation records accurately and timely.
• Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
