Job summary

MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization is seeking a Supervisor for the Food and Nutrition Services at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. The role directs patient services staff on assigned shifts, oversees staff training, and ensures high-quality customer service, including participation in performance reviews.

The position supports Customer Service Advocate duties and performs assigned staff responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Food Services or related major or experience in food preparation required.
• License/Certifications: Serve Safe certification required.
• Experience: See Education.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and directs activities of patient services staff in assigned areas on assigned shifts.
• Responsible for staff training and assuring quality customer service.
• Participates in the completion of performance reviews.
• Serves as a department Customer Service Advocate.
