Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis – 10490 Natural Bridge Rd, St. Louis, MO 63134 – seeks a friendly kitchen team member to oversee the 5:30 p.m. Kickback and deliver warm, guest-focused service for every guest.

You will assist with food preparation, maintain a clean kitchen and lobby, ensure food safety standards, stock supplies, and promote Drury’s hospitality with integrity and a welcoming attitude.

Qualifications

• Need to be friendly, energetic and able to communicate clearly with guests.
• Knowledge of hotel services and surrounding community is helpful.
• Ability to manage inventory and assist with food prep.
• Must speak English and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• Ensure kitchen and lobby areas are clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
