Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking a hospitality team member. Earn $18 an hour and up based on experience, with flexible shifts and growth opportunities.

You will contribute to the 5:30 p.m. Kickback, ensure a clean lobby and kitchen, uphold food safety standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a welcoming Drury environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations and guest services.
• Ability to conduct inventory of food items and order levels.
• Warm, friendly communication with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Make the 5:30 p.m. Kickback enjoyable for guests.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for guests and team members.
• Oversee Kickback food prep and cleanup, maintain cleanliness of kitchen and lobby.
• Maintain food safety standards and stock supplies.
• Represent the Drury culture with integrity and hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel and area.

What you will do:

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” … well, happy for our guests.
• Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
• Answer guest’s questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
