Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Floor Technician in Plano, TX. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, with a pay range of $16.50–$17.50 per hour and requires 2 years of floor care experience.

The incumbent will maintain hard-surface floors, operate industrial floor care equipment, and assist with carpet and upholstery care, contributing to a clean, safe healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience required
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and performs stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
• Operates industrial floor care equipment and uses automated equipment for large areas
• Performs carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
• Other duties as assigned by manager
