Nicklaus Children's is seeking a Floor Technician for EVS (Part Time, Evenings) to clean and maintain an assigned area and perform floor care tasks in a hospital setting. The role includes supply control, minor equipment maintenance, and assisting with training as needed.

The ideal candidate will have housekeeping or maintenance experience, some floor care skills, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and/or Maintenance experience preferred.
• Some floor care experience preferred.
• Must be able to comprehend verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to relate cooperatively with clients and co-workers.
• Requires the ability to follow simple instructions to accomplish repetitive tasks.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and maintains an assigned area.
• Performs preventative and corrective floor care tasks.
• Performs minor equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Assigns and directs resources in the absence of Lead Tech or Supervisor.
• Reports safety hazards and defects.
