Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of floor finishes, applications, and removals.
• Experience with floor care equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of all floor surfaces.
• Sweep, dust mop, damp mop, strip, seal, wax, burnish, and buff floors.
• Operate scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, strippers, extractors, and vacuum machines.
• Mix and measure cleaning chemicals and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety rules and procedures and assist with routine maintenance.
