Qualifications

• 3 years of floor tech experience preferred.
• Experience with cleaning products, procedures, equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial/custodial/cleaning experience required.
• Good customer service skills and professionalism with the public.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for the shift.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wash floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor.
• Assist in the care and use of housekeeping equipment.
