Job summary

A Quality Facility Services is hiring Floor Care Technicians in Canton, OH, offering a second-shift schedule 5:00 PM–1:00 AM and pay of $25–$28 per hour based on experience. No floor care experience required as training is provided.

This role trains you in stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, tile and grout care, upholstery, and deep cleaning, with opportunities to travel to new contracts and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a service-based industry preferred.
• Willing to learn new skills and operate specialized equipment.
• Team player who is dependable, punctual and professional.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform specialized floor care tasks: stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing floors.
• Carpet cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, upholstery and deep cleaning.
• Travel to new service locations for startup contracts; occasional overnight stays may be required.
