Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Technician in Manchaca, Texas. Qualifications

• No education requirement; experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, and brick flooring.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Fill in during staff shortages, such as in custodial, recycle, or maintenance.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment

Ability to read and interpret instructions

Education

6 months to 1 year experience preferred
