Responsibilities

• Clean stairways and deep clean bathrooms.
• Steam-clean carpets and strip floors using proper machinery.
• Apply wax and buff floors; seal floors as needed.
• Deep clean painted floors with appropriate chemicals/degreasers.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean other surfaces across buildings.
• Gather and empty trash; move heavy equipment and furniture as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
