Job summary

Park Place is a dedicated skilled nursing facility in Great Falls, Montana, seeking a reliable Floor Care Technician for the evening/overnight shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). The role focuses on stripping old wax, deep cleaning, and applying new finish to VCT and other hard floors.

Compensation ranges from $14 to $17 per hour based on experience, with evenings receiving an additional shift differential and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or long-term care floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of VCT/tile floor care chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand, bend, and kneel for long periods.
• Evening/overnight shift availability and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Strip old wax and prep floors on VCT and tile.
• Deep clean floors with scrubbers, auto-scrubbers, and buffers.
• Apply multiple coats of high-quality floor finish/wax.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
