Job summary

Harvard Maintenance in Minneapolis is seeking a Cleaner to perform basic cleaning across common areas, restrooms, and entrances. The role requires operating floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums, while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Reliability to travel to multiple sites and shifts.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks required by cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins; dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
