Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Cleaner to join our team in Minnesota. You will perform basic cleaning across common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, and more, with the ability to handle floors, windows, and furniture care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential for teamwork and safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites is required.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the job.
• 1 year of cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, and other areas.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Attend to spills and related clean-up tasks as needed.
