DTK Janitorial & Landscaping is seeking a reliable Fleet & Landscape Equipment Porter to fuel, maintain, and prep 7 landscaping trucks and mowing equipment for the next day’s crews. This role features an afternoon/evening shift designed to reduce morning chaos and keep field teams moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic experience with small engines, commercial lawn mowers, or automotive maintenance.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds in a shop/outdoor environment.
• Strong punctuality and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Fuel 8 landscaping trucks and all small engine equipment; log fuel usage.
• Check and top off oil, coolant, and fluids daily.
• Perform basic maintenance: clean air filters, scrape mower decks, check tire pressure.
• Inspect mower blades for damage and report sharpening needs.
• Keep shop, fueling area, and trailer setups clean and organized.
• Log fuel usage and report mechanical issues to management.
