Job summary

Quad In-Store is seeking entry-level and skilled machine operators for our West Allis facility. You will setup and operate finishing equipment like die cutters, guillotine cutters, and stock mounters to meet customer specs and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have HS diploma, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to read job tickets. Training on first shift is available; overtime may occur on Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret simple measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing equipment per customer specifications.
• Inspect product for quality conformity.
• Move work-in-process using pallet jack or forklift.
• Read job tickets and complete paperwork.
• Report productivity and defects; adhere to production schedules.
