Quad in Franklin, WI is seeking Die Cutter Operators to join our modern packaging facility. You will set up and run die-cutting machines, verify order accuracy, manage stock, and ensure clean, efficient production in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Able to read measuring devices accurately.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to lift 10–15 lb continuously, and up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Stand long hours and move in various positions.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and procedures to support teamwork and safety.
• Follow pre-production, make ready, and production run tasks.
• Operate powered equipment.
• Occasionally train workers on die cutting operations.
• Keep work area clean and manage waste appropriately.
• Cross-train as assigned.
• Follow PPE rules and regulations.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
