Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport client children using agency or personal vehicles.
• Maintain Transportation Request forms and track mileage.
• Conduct visits to foster homes and provide support.
• Prepare reports and documentation for supervisor.
• Participate in community outreach and trainings.
• Be on-call in rotation and work with minimal supervision.
• Attend staff meetings and supervision sessions.
