Job summary

Stellar Senior Living, a premier assisted living and memory care provider, seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician in Helena, MT. You will support daily upkeep, respond to resident needs, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety for our residents and team.

Shifts run 1:30pm–10:00pm, full-time. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, holidays, 401k, and more. Free meals each shift and on-demand pay are also offered as part of our compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance and/or construction experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the state.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance practices in plumbing, electrical and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, and parking areas.
• Complete work orders from residents and staff.
• Clean and maintain all common areas including lobby, stairways, hallways, and bathrooms.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items.
• Complete special projects as directed.
