Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of professional housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Experience in a commercial, educational, healthcare, recreation, or fitness facility is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff.
• Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas, including restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report issues needing attention.
• Maintain supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with the Property Director and outside vendors when assigned.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
