Job summary

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable Night Cleaner for the PM shift at our Weston, FL location. This part-time role involves keeping facilities clean, vacuuming, stocking restrooms, locking doors after hours, and possibly arming alarms.

We value experience with cleaning products and the ability to work evenings, manage time, and collaborate with others, with shifts from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM Monday through Friday and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. - E-Verify.
• Experience in cleaning or janitorial work.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building; keep it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Arming alarms and locking up independently when required.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Work with contract cleaners when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
