Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and facilities in the evening.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours and alarms armed if required.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks on schedule with minimal supervision.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate with contract cleaning services when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
