Frantz Building Services is seeking team members for evening cleaning shifts in Columbus, IN. Roles include bathroom cleaning, medical suite cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and light trash removal.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Bathroom Cleaning — Clean and sanitize 8 bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and high-touch surfaces.
• Medical Suite Cleaning — Maintain 3 medical suites, ensuring all surfaces, exam tables, chairs, counters, and equipment-touch areas are disinfected.
• Dusting Duties — Dust surfaces, ledges, vents, baseboards, and furniture throughout the facility.
• Vacuuming — Vacuum carpets, rugs, and walk-off mats to remove debris.
• Sweeping & Mopping — Sweep and mop all hard-surface floors, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Light Trash Removal — Empty small trash cans; not heavy waste or biohazard disposal.
• General Facility Upkeep — Maintain cleanliness in hallways, break areas, and report shortages or maintenance issues.
