Job summary

Perrigo Company plc is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, install and upgrade utility systems across three buildings, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical panels, pumps and water systems.

The role involves general housekeeping and carpentry tasks, with overtime and weekend work as required. This is a union position with a pay range of $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance across multiple trades and ability to read blueprints.
• Hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
• PLC background and CMMS/SAP experience are desirable.
• Good communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Perrigo facilities systems across all buildings.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and preventative tasks on utility systems.
• Complete work orders and coordinate with technicians across shifts.
• Participate in special projects and general housekeeping duties.
