Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain clean, organized, and disinfected work areas in commercial facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas, disposing of trash, and maintaining cleaning supplies with attention to safety.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adherence to safety procedures. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00pm–2:30am, with opportunities to contribute to a high-service building care

Qualifications

• Must pass a live scan background check for the city.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00pm–2:30am.
• Duties include cleaning interiors, restrooms, windows, trash, and maintaining supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors of buildings: floors, carpets, windows, walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors and common areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones.
• Restock restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleaning charts and report unsafe conditions.
